Brief Biographical Sketch:

Hello all!
I am a freshman here at UMBC majoring in English on the Secondary Education Certificate Track with a major in Spanish!. English and education are my passions and in today's world, it is more important than ever for people to be able to think critically, read analytically, writer efficiently, and communicate effectively. I'm looking forward to developing these skills in myself as a student at UMBC and to helping other kids and adults develop these skills as an educator. Sign up for Media Literacy 101 for a foundation in deciphering the hidden messages we encounter everyday in media!

Sincerely,
Nayimb J.
